goal: bike 8-10 miles + P90X legs and back
Wednesdays 10 mile run exhausted me. That night I was super tired and had a feeling I wouldn't be waking up early to bike. Nonetheless, I set my alarm. Really wished I wouldn't have. Instead, I tried getting up twice to workout and ended up crawling back to bed. So, I really didn't get a good morning rest! I learned a lesson: listen to your body and blow off a workout if your body is screaming for a break!
accomplished: nothing!!
