wk 12, day 2
Goal: run 8 miles and swim
Feeling tired this week. Skipped my early morning run and felt like skipping my mid day swim. I forced the swim & was glad I did.
After a 3:30 warm up, I sprinted for 800 yards. I completed the sprint in 16:40. Best time yet! I gave it all I had, so I just swam some easy laps after my sprint and called it a day.
accomplished: 31 min. swim, including a 800 yard sprint in 16:40
