week 8 over - nearly half way through training!

It's so hard to beleive that next week I start on week 9 out of 18 weeks of training. Crazy!

Accomplished this week:
  • 32.9 miles of running
  • 1.5 hours of yoga
  • P90X ab dvd 2x
This week was my off week from P90X strength training. Also, needed a break from swimming and biking! Will start it all up full throttle next week!
