Wow, I can't believe that week 7 is over and week 8 is about to begin. Crazy!!!
Week 7 accomplishments:
- 20.68 miles of running
- 10 miles of biking
- 10:21 minutes of swimming
- 2.5 P90X dvds
- 1 event : Dam '09 triathlon (my 3rd one!)
Week 8 will bring on lots more running! I'm also going to start adding in yoga & abs.
