Hard to believe I am in week 6 of marathon training! I'm still alive and kicking!
Tuesday's goal (8-16-11): 8 mile bike ride and P90X legs and back
Good workout overall. Really want my bike ride on Sunday @ Sweet and Twisted Tri to be much faster!
Tueday's accomplishment: 8.17 mile ride with a pace of 13.2 (37:09) and P90X legs and back
Today's goal (8-17-11): 8 mile run at about 930pace and P90X chest, shoulders, and triceps
Run was great. It was super humid and I was drenched! For someone who is normally a moderate sweater, I was shocked that I have become a BIG time sweater!! LOL! I think it also has to do with the weather - summer time and no rain. I tried many times to pick up my pace, but 10:00 min miles seem to be the name of the game today. My knees sorta bothered me as well as my feet off and on.
After my run I did my P90X dvd. Lots of pushups... I am proud of myself for pushing myself and striving for excellence this week when it comes to my workouts:)
