week 5, day 4 & 5
Thursday goal: bike 8 miles & P90X legs and back
It was so hard to get out of bed on Thursday! I finally managed to get out of bed and barely managed to get my ride in, and my P90X strength training in time to shower & get Xia up, ready, and out the door for "school"! Very glad I followed through, got my workout done and got on with my day:)
Thursday accomplishment: 8 mile ride & P90X legs and back
Friday's goal: bike/run block and P90X dvd
I was way too worn out, sore, and tired to do any workout on Friday. My butt was so sore from all the lunges and squats I did on Thursday! My body was telling me to rest & I am so glad I listened:)
Friday's accomplishment: MUCH NEEDED REST!!
