goal: 10 mile run, P90X chest/shoulders/triceps, P90X abs
I had a wonderful run this morning. It was beautiful. The first 3 miles I was at about an 8min pace and averaged a 9:12 pace overall.
I'm getting stronger! I am becoming a push up queen:)
accomplished: 10.12 mile run - 1:33 / 9:12 pace and P90X chest/shoulders/triceps
