Also, I'm working on losing a few lbs in the next month. I haven't been as diligent as I should be in eating nutritional meals, monitoring my snacking, cutting out sugar, and portion control. Just because I run a lot, doesn't mean I can eat anything!!
Week 13's accomplishments:
- 25.49 miles of running
- 1.25 miles of walking
- 1 P90X dvd (strength training)
