goal: 8 mile run and P90X legs and back
Got out there and ran! Still slow, but I'm ok with that. Jumped right into strength training after my run. Did P90X legs and back. LOVE, LOVE this dvd. My booty is sore for days after wards! I know I get a GREAT workout when I do this dvd. Also, doing good at pull ups. Feel like I need to push myself even harder. I want to be able to do just ONE pull up with out chair assistance!! Overall, great workout.
accomplished: 8 miles - 1:19 / 9:55 pace and P90X legs and back
