goal: 30 minute bike ride and P90X shoulders and arms
Slow and leisure bike ride to help ease my sore musles from Saturday's long run. Felt great. Then I worked out my upper body - awesome workout!
accomplished: 30 minute bike ride (5.38 miles / 10.9 mph) and P90X shoulders and arms
