day 3, wk 2
Today's goal: swim & it better be a better swim than last week!
I got a WONDERFUL swim in today. I didn't sprint 800 meters, I didn't break any records, but I was active and stayed in the water for 45 minutes!!!! woohoo! I did sprint 400 meters in 12 mins (after a warm up). I spent the rest of my time doing more free style laps, breast stroke, and using the kick board. It was definitely a winning Wednesday:)
Today's accomplishments: an awesome swim of 45 minutes.
