monday = funday

Day 1, week 2

Monday's goal: 12 mile bike ride - beat last weeks time of 56:30 mins & P90X chest and back dvd

Despite my alarm being set for pm, I managed to wake up just 13 minutes late and jumped into riding. Had a great ride and I beat last weeks time by 12 seconds! woot, woot! It was dark for most of my ride, which always makes me nervous. I wore white & have reflectors, but still so dangerous! I really pushed through the pain and soreness from the previous weeks workouts. Very proud of myself for persevering. Go me!!

Afterwards, I put in my P90X dvd and worked out my chest and back, aka push ups and pull ups. Lots and lots of them! Whoa nelly, my arms got shaky!

Monday's accomplishments:
  1. 12.02 mile bike ride in 56:18 (12 second improvement!), 12.8 pace
  2. P90X dvd Chest and Back
