goal: it was suppose to be my day off!!
Well, today was going to be my day off from running, but I've been eating too much Mexican food!!LOL! No, actually Oscar needed to get a run in & I told him that I wanted to join him. I pushed Xia in the stroller and ran nice and slow. I have the 5k in the morning and I want to be ready! It felt really good on my body. Glad I ran.
accomplished: 3.25 miles / 32 mins / 9:56 pace
